Shipping Policy

How long orders take to process, ship and arrive.

Processing and delivery

• Orders are processed in 1-2 business days.
• Delivery takes 3-8 business days from the day you order.
• We ship to the United States.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $35. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse. If it has not arrived within the delivery window above, write to support@highstakesystems.com and we will chase the carrier.

Who ships your order

Orders are fulfilled by True Sea Moss Health LLC.

Wrong or damaged parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged or the contents are wrong, contact support@highstakesystems.com with a photograph and we will replace it at no cost to you.
